You may have recently received a letter asking you to complete and return an Expression of Wish Form. This Form is very important as it helps the Trustee to determine more quickly who should receive any benefits from the Plan if you die. Therefore we would encourage you to complete and return the Form, even if you believe you have previously provided this information.
We have received queries from members to clarify if the address on the envelope provided to return this Form, which is simply ‘Freepost HP Pension Schemes’ is complete. We can confirm it is. As a freepost address the Royal Mail have details of the physical location these Forms should be delivered to and therefore you can use the envelope provided confident that it will reach us safely.
